Measure components

Mount and tighten grinding wheels to required sequence and specification
Dress and true grinding wheel using given range of dressing tools
Check grinding wheel for balance and safety
Adjust coolant flow and position
Undertake grinding operation utilising all guards and safety procedures
Monitor grinding wheel performance and life according to SOP
